I do like it because Gorgug's adopted family cut off contact with their extended relatives after they judged them for taking in a half-orc, due to the stereotype of their violent and mindless tendencies! So witnessing a fear like that would definitely have Gorgug torn even in his infected state, but he would be pushing on his infection where he would be trying to agree with the fear more than disavowing it.

But also having a skirmish would be workable!! He would get violent, and while I think that Otto's arms would be able to grip onto Gorgug initially, he does have the side effect of "the angrier he gets, the stronger he gets" so he would need help keeping him down for long enough. But that could also be of use once it comes to meeting at the cottage, since others will be present!
